Armed with a Master of Business Administration degree and a Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, Talent, and Management Development, Okike has left an indelible mark on the industry.
Throughout his remarkable journey, Okike spearheaded various workgroups in strategy and leadership development, leaving an enduring impact on Nigeria and Africa. He served as the Country Director of The Navigators Nigeria from 2013 to 2023, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to transformational leadership.
As the founder of TOCM Development, Okike channels his passion to facilitating action towards a greater future for leaders and their teams. His influence extends through governance, as he sits on the boards of the Full Life Empowerment Programme (FLEP), Geanco Foundation, and chairs the board of directors at Twinkles Healthy Treats, a notable healthy food, and drinks company.
A strategic leader, manager, and administrator, Okike’s expertise includes leadership coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, non-profit management, training, team building, mentoring, public speaking, community development, and cross-cultural communications.
